Refund policy
Please allow 1-3 days for processing your order.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges at this time.
Please check the size chart if you are unsure on sizing. We recommend sizing up if you are in between sizes, or want an oversized look.
We cannot cancel an order if it has already been placed. If an order is placed after 12pm PST, processing begins on the following business day. Sunday's and holiday's are not business days.
Eila Gardis is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items. Once we delivered the package to USPS, we are no longer responsible for the parcel. If you did not receive your parcel, please contact your local post office and file a lost package claim.
Items may appear to look differently in person compared to on the website, since each item is handmade and has its own unique look, especially tie dye sweatshirts.
Legally, by pressing the checkout button you are agreeing to the terms and conditions . Please be mindful of putting the correct address, any promo codes or discounts, and correct card information. We are NOT responsible for customer input error! Promo codes and discount codes cannot be added after an order has been processed.
